Two-wheeler EV bike structural designed for manufacturing using Autodesk Fusion 360.
Electric bikes are powered by LI-Ion Batteries and electric motor drives.
In this design, a Wheel hub motor is used. Both front and back suspensions are custom designed.
Standard tires are considered for this project to make sure to achieve proper ground clearance.
During the design process, the structural profiles are considered using quality and availability.
The complete design is simulated and analyzed for different loading conditions to meet the usability of the product.
